The third edition of the Jack Pepys Workshop on Asthma in the Workplace was held on May 18 and 19, 2007, in the amphitheater of the Pavillon Jean-Coutu on the campus of the Université de Montréal.

Scholarship and project competitions for year 4 of the Asthma in the Workplace Center
The next scholarship and project competition for the Center for Asthma in the Workplace will be launched in early January.
Researchers and partners of the Center for Asthma in the Workplace gathered for their autumn meeting at the Sacré-Cœur de Montréal research center, discussing the latest news and activities.
The meeting will start with a get-together in the evening of Thursday May 17 2007 from 7 h30 pm. to 10 h pm. at the musée de la Pointe-à-Callière in Old-Montréal. The Workshop will be held at the Amphitheatre, Jean-Coutu building located on the campus of Université de Montréal The scientific discussion will start at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, May 18 and end on Saturday at 2:00 pm. The formal dinner will be served in the Grand Hall, Roger-Gaudry building of the Université de Montréal, a concert will follow, presented by the Chamber orchestra ensemble of Université de Montréal .
The Commission en santé et sécurité du travail du Québec (CSST, www.csst.qc.ca/portail/en), the Center’s strategic partner, hosted the summer meeting of the Center for Asthma in the Workplace on June 27. We would like to thank our hosts, in particular Dr. Jules Turcot, who organized the meeting.
